John Dunn

John Dunn, CCIM,  RPA, is the owner and broker of Dunn and Company, LLC. He has owned, leased, managed and sold commercial and residential property since 1982. For almost ten years John specialized in the management of over 350,000 square feet of medical office space and many homes on Denver’s Centura Porter Care Hospital Campus.  John graduated from West Virginia State College with a degree in real estate. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds the “Real Property Administrator” (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute. John is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Denver Board of Realtors. He also is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and serves on the local chapter’s board of directors.
